Read and decipher
Compare and contrast
Comprehend and understand

Read more but don't believe all
Because there lives the truth
And here on earth lives the lie
The lie is imaginary
It only exists when the truth is kept secret
But the truth is real, right in your face
Deep in your heart, engraved in your soul
Find it, because this and nothing but the truth can save us all

Or is it just you? Do you believe in yourself?
Do you truly believe in you?
Now decide, is it the scripture?
The writer, the preacher, the leader
The builder or the destroyer?

Do you believe in the message in this passage?
Do you believe in the message and the passage?
Or do you believe in either?
Do you believe in the third verse?
Or is your idea converse?
Read!
Do you believe in man?
Or you just believe his words?
Do you believe in God?
Or you just believe in gods?
Do you believe in Allah?
Or do you just believe in Buddha?
Read!

Now do you see the truth?
Can you recognize the truth?
Do you believe in the truth?
Can you find the truth out of the root?
What about the fruit?
Was it truly eaten or is it still waiting to be eaten?

If you truly know the truth then ask yourself
What is the truth?
Who is the truth?
Where is the truth?
Though hidden in the root, It's in your face
Plain to see and sound enough to hear
But the truth is better read than heard
